Using different coloured paper I’ve continued to draw banana skins. This yellow paper is relevant to the kind of colour normally associated with banana skins. More of these yellow banana skin drawings will be added. |
Banana skins drawings
Life-size drawings of banana skins, raised out from the wall.

Sack trolley drawings
Yellow skeleton left turn drawings
I’ve moved the drawings away from the wall and out into free space. This is the most 3-dimensional of my drawings so far.
I plan to do a lot more of this; combining ideas I’ve had in the past, like cardboard arrows, with my object drawings.
Here the skeleton is turned to it’s left, the action is illustrated by the red cardboard arrow.
Rose bush drawings
I’ve been working on studies of a rose bush, which I found dumped outside a neighbour’s house. Perhaps it would be expected that only the part of a rose bush that protrudes above the ground would be drawn; instead I chose to draw the rose bush as an object, roots and all. Perhaps I’ll colour the drawings in an effort to develop them further. |
Lapieza. Junk art: Real Madrid football drawings.
Here’s another video made by the people at Lapieza in Madrid. I’m shown drawing a small souvenir Real Madrid football, dismantling it as I draw, cutting the drawings from cardboard and then glueing them to the gallery wall.
